We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@watchgaugehq.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page via Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
