Dealer Terms

1. These Dealer Terms apply between WatchGauge HQ (the operator of First Dials) and a dealer that participates in First Dials.
2. Licence. While you participate, you grant WatchGauge HQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to copy, resize, display and link to your listing content and images on First Dials, in email alerts and in share images.
3. Your confirmation. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence for the content and images you supply or publish.
4. Ending. Either party may end participation by written notice, including through firstdials.com/for-dealers/remove or support@watchgaugehq.com. We will remove your content within 2 business days of notice.
